Our company has been committed to the research and application of advanced drive technology. In depth, based on permanent magnet synchronous electric drums, relying on industry-university-research cooperation, we have broken through traditional three-phase technology and developed the first multi-phase permanent magnet synchronous electric drum in China. In terms of breadth, our products are developing towards high voltage, high power and integration. At present, we have carried out research and development projects such as 3300V high-voltage inverter, high-voltage permanent magnet synchronous electric drum, 3300V permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency speed regulation all-in-one machine, 10KV high-voltage permanent magnet synchronous variable frequency speed regulation all-in-one machine, and high-power permanent magnet synchronous direct drive motor. In addition, our company also focuses on the intelligent upgrade of mining equipment. The frequency conversion control equipment has passed the Mine Hong compatibility certification, and the equipment fault diagnosis system is being developed simultaneously. It will realize fault diagnosis and early warning of motor products through intelligent AI analysis; the intelligent coal quantity speed regulation device uses "smart eye" laser scanning to monitor the coal quantity of the conveyor in real time to achieve intelligent speed regulation. In short, our company will focus on the development policy of "energy conservation and emission reduction, smart mines", rely on rare earth permanent magnet direct drive technology, realize the green development of "intelligent, integrated, and efficient" products, implement the development of new quality productivity, and provide high-quality drive products and technologies for mines.
